Vimukt Jati Seva Samiti’s Gramin (Arts, Commerce & Science) Mahavidyalya, Vasantnagar. The department of Economics is established in 1991 and started Economics as one of the optional subjects at UG (B.A) and PG (M.A Economics in Distance Education) run from the academic year 2019-20.
The department has been producing good citizens, academicians, entrepreneurs and social workers. The department is contributing in the area of research and nation building through lectures, organization of seminars, conferences and guest lectures.
