&nsbp;&nsbp;&nsbp;&nsbp;&nsbp; Establishment of grievance redressal committee in colleges since the establishment of the college that is since 1991. Considering the number of students in the college and educational social economical and cultural problems of the students will not areas if the above type of problems areas in order to solve it this has been established by the college administration the colleges in rural areas and the children studying in this college are from rural areassince the children studying in College are farmers and farmworkers they have to face many problems to know their educational problem and those educational problems are solved by grievances redressalcommittee.
1. Knowing the problem of the students In the college and solving them.
2. Creating an educational atmosphere in the college.
3. Cooperating with theAdministration from time to college
4. Solving the problems and cooperating with the administration in case of any emergency in the college.
5. 5. Creating an Atmosphere of discipline among the students.
