1) Corporate (Company) Social Responsibility

Aims :
 

   Describe changing attitudes toward social responsibility and business ethics.
   Describe concept of corporate social responsibility.
   Explain attempts at legislating social responsibility.
   Explain what is meant by stakeholder analysis and the social contract.
   Understand the model of ethics and describe human resource ethics.

Objectives :
 

1.   To understand the concept and dimensions of social responsibility
2.   To define and describe the importance of marketing ethics
3.   To become familiar with ways to improve ethical decisions in marketing
4.   To understand the role of social responsibility and ethics in improving marketing performance
